Before you start.
Do I need Buffer or Zapier to publish?
Today, yes. Studioflows sends finished posts to your own Buffer account through a Zapier webhook, and Settings walks you through it in a few minutes. Native Instagram and TikTok publishing is in development.
Is Carousel Studio included?
Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance — 100 on Base, 300 on Studio, 750 on Agency. The free trial doesn’t include generation; token packs start at $5 and never expire.
Can my clients log in?
Yes. Each client gets a portal where they watch their reels, leave timestamped notes and approve videos. Approvals count toward their monthly quota automatically.
Who can see my finances?
Only you. Invoices, retainers and collections are hidden from every team member; editors and videographers see only the clients and queues you assign them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans bill monthly with no contract; cancel in Settings and access runs to the end of the paid period. Your data stays yours and is deleted on request.
Where does my data live?
In a managed Postgres database with encrypted integration tokens. We never sell data, never train models on your client lists, and never post without an action you took.
